1. The game

Rhythm Tap is a free-to-play reflex game published by Emedion, SARL, 10 C rue Joliot Curie, 33185 Le Haillan, France, RCS Bordeaux 519 626 212 (contact@emediongames.com). By playing, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Games, videos and purchases

Playing uses “games” from your balance. You receive free games when you first play and every day, and you can earn more by watching rewarded videos or buy packs. Games are a virtual item: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and are only usable in Rhythm Tap. Purchases are processed by the platform (Meta, Apple or Google) under its own terms.

As the content is supplied immediately after purchase, you agree that it starts at once and you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (French Consumer Code, art. L221-28). This does not affect your rights if a purchase is not credited: contact us and we will fix it.

3. Fair play

Do not cheat, use bots or scripts, exploit bugs, or pick an offensive nickname. We may remove scores, reset balances or block players who do, without refund of games obtained by cheating.

4. Availability

We provide the game “as is”. We do our best to keep it running but cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change the game or its rules, or stop it with reasonable notice; in that case unused purchased games will be refunded where the law requires it.

5. Intellectual property

The game, its graphics, sounds and code belong to Emedion. You receive a personal, non-commercial right to play it.

6. Law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Before going to court, contact us so we can try to resolve the issue; you may also use the EU's consumer redress services.
